Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for all course bookings must be made in writing twenty-one (21) days before the course start date in order to receive a full refund.

Delegates who cancel less than twenty-one (21) days before the course start date, or who do not attend, will be required to pay the full course fee. No refunds will be made during this period.

Delegates who book their place twenty-one (21) or less before the course start date expressly waive any right to a cooling-off period once their booking has been accepted and paid for. For the purposes of bookings made this close to the course start date, receipt of the booking confirmation and/or joining instructions will be deemed the 'commencement of the service' in relation to the chosen course.

Delegates who wish to transfer their place to an alternative course must request this in writing for this to be considered. If you wish to send a replacement delegate in your place, you may do so at no additional charge. This request must be received in writing before the course start date so that the delegate's information can be updated accordingly.

All delegates/participants are fully responsible for confirming their own flight and accommodation arrangements and sustenance costs. In the unlikely event that TAB Group cancels a training, it will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the delegate's attendance. TAB Group therefore advises clients to purchase fully refundable air tickets and accommodation. TAB Group will always work with its clients to find a suitable solution in these cases.
